Faststone and Flickr Uploadr - How to upload pictures using Faststone.

I love using faststone to gloss through my pictures. Until now, however, uploading them to flickr was simply a PITA. Well, I figured out a way to get faststone to upload to flickr.

  • First, download and install flickr’s uploadr.
  • Second, make sure you have Faststone’s excellent viewer software installed.
  • Third, make the two talk by Clicking Settings > Settings. Click the Programs tab and add flickr uploadr to the list by clicking add and selecting flickr uploadr, leave the rest of the defaults. Then say OK.
  • Fourth, now highlight the pictures you want to ship to flickr, right click on one of them, and highlight “edit with an external program” > flickr uploadr and faststone will open flickr uploadr and que all the pictures for you. Upload and you are done.

Here is a video of the process.
